Return Policy

 Easy & Effortless Returns! Our products come with an Easy & Effortless Return process, but there are a few guidelines:

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 14 days.

We do not refund shipping cost.

Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

There are no refunds 24 hours after your order was placed.

For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

Due to the nature of made-to-order custom-made items such as t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, beer steins, totes, fleece blankets and labeled custom jewelry we do not offer refunds on those items. If any of these items are defective, we will happily exchange them for you.

If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn't materially match the description or is defective, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs. Visit our return policy page for more information.

You have 14 days to get your returned items back to our warehouse.

Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable

Products that are on sale, flash sale, discount and Free shipping offers have a No Refunds Policy since they are heavily discounted

For non-discounted items, will get full refund as per the refund policy. You can choose between getting a refund or 110% store credit of your total amount. So, for example if the product in question is $100 then the store credit will be $110. You can use this credit for your future purchases at

A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned order

Item should be “unused,” “un-opened”, “unworn” and “new”

There are some items that are never returnable:

  1. Items that have been opened, not new, worn, used or altered
  2. Items that are not our products or shipped by us
  3. Items that are accidentally damaged by you
  4. Merchandise missing items or without the original packaging
  5. Sale, flash sale, discount, Free shipping, and clearance Items
  6. Due to health code regulations, the following items can only be returned in their original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging:
  7. Eyelashes, beauty products, undergarments, socks, and stockings
  8. If you purchase any of the above listed items, it is important you look at the item carefully to make sure it is what you ordered before opening the factory packaging. Once the packaging is opened, we cannot accept a return for the item. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item is returned and falls outside the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return completely OR subject it to a 20% handling and restocking charge.

Orders that are refused for delivery will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.

Refunds are issued for the price of the merchandise ONLY and only on the credit card account number used to make the original purchase.

We will not refund shipping or handling charges either direction. The only exception is in a situation where we made an error in fulfillment by shipping the wrong item.

If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will not automatically return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are only returned to the customer if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable UPS return shipping fees. Otherwise, items that are not claimed within Thirty (30) days will be discarded or donated depending upon the condition.
