ORDERING INFORMATION

 Order Confirmation and Status

 As soon as you place your order an e-mail with your order confirmation including a link on how to check the status of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during Checkout. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.

If you do not receive an e-mail from us, most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Please check your “junk” or “spam” mail folder. You will need to check your e-mail filter settings (aka "SPAM" filter setting) to make sure the emails we are sending you about your order are not being filtered and/or deleted without you viewing them first.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive another e-mail with your tracking information and a link that allows you to track your package.

 Phone Orders

 We understand that sometimes it’s easier to talk to a “real person” when placing an order.

To maximize the efficiency and to render total customer experience across all the communication channels, we encourage you to place orders via our website as it will have the most up-to-date stock levels and information.

 Inventory and Stock Level Status

 Our on-line inventory status is updated on a daily basis with real-time data. We ship on a daily basis and update our inventory each day at midnight to make every effort to ensure that the most up-to-date stock levels are displayed.

Any items marked as Discontinued, Clearance or Close-Out have limited stock levels. The manufacturer has chosen to phase the product line, and once our inventory has been sold out, it will no longer be available. Once a size and/or color has been depleted, it will not be available in the future.

Please note that these items; Discontinued, Clearance, Close-Out, Flash Sale, Daily Deal, Daily Sale, Weekly Deal, Deal of the Day, FINAL SALE, or any other SALE items are not eligible for refunds or size exchanges. 

 Payment Options

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal transactions. We also accept a gift or prepaid Visa, MasterCard and American Express card ONLY if you have registered your address with the issuing card company. Sorry, we are unable to receive checks and money orders at this time. The company name listed on your credit statement will say: "SP * MIGHTYHOTDEALS".

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address, phone and/or email verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

All PayPal transactions must be for verified accounts with confirmed shipping addresses.

A verified billing address must be provided for all transactions. We will attempt to contact you either by phone or e-mail should the information you provide for your billing address does not match the information on file by your credit card issuer, however, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order with unverified billing and shipping information at any time.

International orders will be delayed or canceled should an unverified billing address be provided. We do not ship international orders to addresses other than where your billing address is located.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

NOTE: If you submit an international order with a shipping address that is different than your billing address, your order will be canceled without any prior notification.

 Will I Pay Taxes?

 You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of US & Canada. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Canada and US addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the on-line order process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states and countries unless required. If there is a mandatory taxes for US and Canadian Sates and provinces then our system will calculated them automatically during checkout process.

MightyHotDeals.com is not responsible for any taxes, brokerage fees, custom, duty fees, or any other landing fees for international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 Are the "FREE" items really free?

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the product itself is $0.00.

 Zip Code Error

 If you're getting an error that the zip code you entered is invalid, please try the following:

1. Make sure all the other fields - like State/Province and Country - are filled out.

2. Try logging out, clearing your browser cache and logging back in.

3. Did you move recently? Check out with the same credit card, but enter it as a new card to enter your new billing address.

4. Try and add your card to a free PayPal account and check out using PayPal as the payment method.

 General Decline

 A general decline on your card can come from a number of things, like an expired card, insufficient funds or your bank preventing a charge until you verify you intended to make the transaction yourself.

Please note, we can only accept prepaid cards if there is a billing address tied to it.

Here are some steps you can take before calling your bank:

1. Double check you're using the billing address your bank has on file

2. Log out, clear your browser cache and try entering your card information again

3. Try attaching your card to a free www.paypal.com account and check out using PayPal

4. If you're still not able to check out, please try calling your bank and let them know to allow the transaction from www.mightyhotdeals.com to go through. (They may be preventing the transaction since your card isn't present when you're checking out.)

If your bank says the charge should be going through and you are still not able to complete the transaction, then please contact our Customer Delight Team Member at yourfriends@mightyhotdeals.com to look into this further.

 Receipt/ Invoice from my Purchase?

 Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to edit/add company or VAT info to an invoice after the purchase is made. However, you can locate your receipt by doing the following:

1) Sign into our main site using the email and password you used when purchasing your product.

2) You will see your “My Account” link on top right corner of the site.

3) In “My Account” you will see Order History.

4) Here you will find your purchases.

5) Click on desired "Order#" in the order column of the order history page to view the invoice for any purchase. If you purchased a deal and you can't find it in your purchases, then you probably have multiple accounts! Often times, users accidentally create multiple accounts and make purchases on each of them. Try logging in with another email address.

 Can’t Check Out

 If you can't check out or the "COMPLETE ORDER" button isn't working, If your checkout is a little grayed out, it usually means you may have some information missing.

Please try the following steps:

1) Make sure all of the fields - like State/Province and Zip - are filled out

2) Clear your browser cache

3) Using this link, make sure your web browser is up to date and that JavaScript is enabled

4) If this doesn't resolve your issues, using a different device/browser may help. Try a new web browser altogether (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox)

5) Temporarily disable any antivirus or ad-blocker extensions/programs you're running

6) Lastly, you can also try and check out using PayPal to see if that helps.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 Packaging for Privacy and Sustainability

 All orders are shipped discreetly with your privacy in mind in a plain paper wrapper or in a plain unmarked box.

To reduce shipping costs as well as our environmental carbon footprint, single orders may be wrapped in craft paper or placed in a shipping bag as opposed to being placed in a box.

 International Shipping

 At this time, we ship all international packages through standard shipping. Please be advised that once an international package has left our fulfillment center or warehouse, it may take 1-4 weeks for delivery due to customs and other factors. Courier company may transfer the delivery function to a different courier within your country.

International orders will be delayed or canceled should an unverified billing address be provided. We do not ship international orders to addresses other than where your billing address is located.

 Do You Offer International Shipping to My Country?

 We do! However, International shipping is not available for every deal.

We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country including UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and more!

We try as hard as we can to offer as much International Shipping as possible! Even though not all deals can ship Internationally, nonetheless all our digital goods (if any) are available to everyone.

The best way to find out if the deal is shippable to your country is by reading the SHIPPING section on the product page. If the terms state that the deal ships to the continental US only, then International shipping is not available for that specific deal. If there is no shipping section, then there is no shipping restriction to your region.

If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 6 am Pacific Standard Time, your order will usually be processed in next 3-5 days. USPS pick up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. USPS does deliver on Saturday.

 Can My Order Be Shipped Faster?

 At this time, we only have standard shipping and the shipping times will vary depending on what products you ordered. For more information on the shipping times, please refer to "Delivery Times" above.

 Shipping Charges

 Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you selected, your address, which warehouse the order ships from and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight and box dimensions required to ship your order.

Shipping can range from $3.95 - $10.97 for a single product, and additional shipping charge for each product ordered. On confirmation payment screen, the total amount will be listed before processing.

Free Shipping is for Standard Shipping orders to most continental United States addresses. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FBO or PO Boxes do not qualify for Free Shipping.

 Delivery Times

 This depends on the product ordered:

The shipping time frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order after your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your order.

While in most cases we are able to ship within 3-5 business days (or less) of when the order is placed, we cannot guarantee it. “Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for US delivery due to large demand. Please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery. While some orders may be processed and shipped within a 24-hour time frame, the majority of orders are processed and shipped within a 3-5-day time frame, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after Noon PST are considered received the following business day.

Custom items such as t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, totes can take 2-3 weeks Regular/ sales priced items can take between 2-5 weeks Promotional "Free Flash Deals” just pay shipping and handling items can take between 3-5 weeks .

Orders placed between January and February: For most specialty and giveaway (free) items orders placed between January - February, please allow up to 5-7 weeks US delivery time due to high demand and production.

International shipping is 6-8 weeks on free promotional and specialty items due to high demand and production.

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (i.e. time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, natural calamities, and other major holidays). So, we do not guarantee any shipping date. As such, if we have already sent your order we will not be able to issue you a refund.

 Can I Change My Shipping Address After I Place My Order?

 You can change your shipping address after you place an order before an item is shipped–you typically can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.

For a change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know within 24 hours, so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.

Again, you will only be able to enter your updated shipping address here if your item has not shipped.

 How do I Track My Shipment?

 Our fulfillment departments are in a various part of the world and your delivery time will vary by location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. You may click on the link for tracking, or cut and paste the tracking number and go to “Track Order” top menu for up-to-minute tracking information.

Unfortunately, some of our global suppliers from our global warehouses do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

 Free Shipping Offer

 Free Shipping is for Standard Shipping orders to most continental United States addresses. Orders to Hawaii, US Territories, Alaska, International and APO/FBO or PO Boxes do not qualify for Free Shipping. Please note the delivery times on Economy Shipping to ensure your package will arrive within the time frame you need it by.

 Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

 Although our shopping cart attempts to correct address errors during checkout, occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less shipping charges.

All refused shipments will result in 20% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which also includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that apply to International orders.

Most of the shipping carriers we use will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the delivery driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the deliver driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after two weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Delight Team at yourfriends@mightyhotdeals.com.

 Delayed Shipping Delivery

 It's been over 6+ weeks and I have not received my order yet. What should I do now?

You can find the most updated information on your shipment on the Purchases page of your account.

That being said, shipping times vary depending on the deal. To get an estimate on when your order will ship, check the shipping and/ or terms section of the deal's page before you place an order.

As soon as the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. Since our deals are heavily discounted, shipping times are slightly longer and can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for US orders and 6 weeks for International orders. If it's been more than the allotted shipping time for your order, feel free to contact Customer Delight Team and we can check on the status!

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur.

If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order (see 'Delivery Times' above for more information), please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.

Sometimes orders may take longer to arrive at your shipping address because of the incorrect shipping address was entered when the order was originally placed or there was an issue with customs which causes a slight delay.

MightyHotDeals.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, mechanical problems, and/or driver error.

 Multi-stage Shipment

 I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have multiple fulfillment centers and a large assortment of products that are not stocked in one single fulfillment location when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse or fulfillment center so they get to you faster.

You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once. They are on the way.

 My Order Is Stuck or Lost in Transit. What Do I Do?

 Occasionally, orders can get stuck or lost in transit. If this happens, don't worry! We will get you taken care of. On the other hand, many people think their order is stuck or lost when it isn't because the package hasn't made progress in several days.

It's important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week without making any updates. This doesn't always mean the order is lost. During the shipping process, the order is handed over to difference processing and sorting centers. When a package arrives at a new sorting facility, it can sometimes stay there for several days before moving to the next phase.

We recommend customers to wait a week or so before checking with our Customer Delight Team. Either way, we will be sure to work with you until your shipment is received.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 Easy & Effortless Returns Policy

 Easy & Effortless Returns! Our products come with an Easy & Effortless Return process, but there are a few guidelines:

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 14 days.

We do not refund shipping cost.

Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

There are no refunds 24 hours after your order was placed.

For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

Due to the nature of made-to-order custom-made items such as t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, beer steins, totes, fleece blankets and labeled custom jewelry we do not offer refunds on those items. If any of these items are defective, we will happily exchange them for you.

If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn't materially match the description or is defective, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs. Visit our return policy page for more information.

You have 14 days to get your returned items back to our warehouse.

Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable

Products that are on sale, flash sale, discount and Free shipping offers have a No Refunds Policy since they are heavily discounted

For non-discounted items, will get full refund as per the refund policy. You can choose between getting a refund or 110% store credit of your total amount. So, for example if the product in question is $100 then the store credit will be $110. You can use this credit for your future purchases at Mightyhotdeals.com

A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned order

Item should be “unused,” “un-opened”, “unworn” and “new”

There are some items that are never returnable:

  1. Items that have been opened, not new, worn, used or altered
  2. Items that are not our products or shipped by us
  3. Items that are accidentally damaged by you
  4. Merchandise missing items or without the original packaging
  5. Sale, flash sale, discount, Free shipping, and clearance Items
  6. Due to health code regulations, the following items can only be returned in their original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging:
  7. Eyelashes, beauty products, undergarments, socks, and stockings
  8. If you purchase any of the above listed items, it is important you look at the item carefully to make sure it is what you ordered before opening the factory packaging. Once the packaging is opened, we cannot accept a return for the item. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item is returned and falls outside the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return completely OR subject it to a 20% handling and restocking charge.

Orders that are refused for delivery will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.

Refunds are issued for the price of the merchandise ONLY and only on the credit card account number used to make the original purchase.

We will not refund shipping or handling charges either direction. The only exception is in a situation where we made an error in fulfillment by shipping the wrong item.

If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will not automatically return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are only returned to the customer if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable UPS return shipping fees. Otherwise, items that are not claimed within Thirty (30) days will be discarded or donated depending upon the condition.

 Can I Get a Refund For My Purchase?

 The Refund Policy will always be stated in the TERMS section of the deal page. Be sure to review the Refund Policy before making a purchase. If there is no refund policy mentioned in the product page, then this refund policy will be applicable.

 How to Send Back a Return

 Place the item/s in their original box, and place that box in a shipping box or wrap in paper for protection.

Fill-out the Return information on the packing list that came with your order. If you did not receive a packing list with return information on it, please enclose a copy of your original invoice or order and ship to the address below. We must have your order number to process the return.

Return within a 14 day time frame of your invoice date to the address provided by our Customer Delight Team once you contact them for RMA request.

Products returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use.

Damaged packaging (to the original manufactures box (if applicable)) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark, place shipping labels or tape the original box in any way.

The following items can NOT be returned for a refund OR exchange:

  1. All items from the CLEARANCE, Deal, Sale, or Flash Sale section
  2. Eyelashes, Socks, Beauty, Undergarment, Accessories or Stockings
  3. Any item with signs of wear or damage.
  4. Packages marked as REFUSED but have been opened will not be accepted.
  5. Any items missing the original packaging will not be accepted.
  6. Items returned after the 45-day invoice date.
  7. Only the invoiced price and sales tax will be refunded.
  8. Returns are typically processed within a week of when we receive the item from you. During the Halloween and Christmas seasons however (October to January), this process can take three to four weeks. We only refund the price of the merchandise (exclusive of shipping and handling) unless we shipped the wrong item to you (if this is the case, please the “Received Wrong Item” section for details of the process). Before sending the item back to us, make sure you have reviewed our Product Eligibility Criteria to make sure the item you are returning can be returned.

Please note that we do not issue 'Call Tags' or provide Return Shipping Labels unless we sent you the incorrect item.

 Received Wrong Item? Is Your Order Missing an Item? Damaged Order?

 Did you receive the Wrong Item? Is something Missing or Broken?

While we try hard to be perfect, we are only human. Sometimes we make mistakes in the fulfillment of orders. Other times, the merchandise may be missing pieces/parts or may be damaged during the shipping process.

In these situations, we want to do everything we can to fix the problem as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with your order, please follow these instructions for the fastest possible resolution.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos and videos to our Customer Delight Team at yourfriends@mightyhotdeals.com and we will process an investigation on your behalf.

The very first step is to notify us in an e-mail to yourfreinds@mightyhotdeals.com and let us know that something is wrong with the order you received.

It is very important to let us know your order number, your name and the specifics of what exactly is wrong with the order. Please send us the detailed image or video or the product. The more detailed, the better.

Depending upon what is wrong with the order, the item(s) you ordered and the time of year, we may be able to fix the problem quickly. In other cases, that may not be possible.

 We are very sorry that due to the high shipping costs we are unable to provide free size exchanges. Please return your order for a refund (as per our refund policy) and we will give you store credit of the equal amount to place a new order for the size you need. We cannot refund the shipping cost.

We will provide one size exchange at no charge for orders shipped within the United States and Canada only. You ship the cloth back to us at your own expense, and we will give you a store credit for the size exchange back to you.

You may exchange unworn item/s within 14 days of purchase in two ways:

If you have time, send the item back in their original box (placed within a shipping box or wrapped in paper) within the 14-day period with the invoice and a note with the size or item you want to exchange it for.

If you do not have the time, place a new order for the item in the size and color that you want. Then, send the first item back within the 14-day period with the original invoice and a copy of your newly placed order. We will then refund you for the amount on your original order once we receive your returned item/s.

 Cancellation Policy

 You may cancel your order any time within 24 hours., before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply.

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.
